After receiving your inquiry, one of our event experts will be assigned to assist you in making a nice plan that best suits your interests.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter from bimevent.com, suggesting that the proposed event plan.
You are required to pay 50%-100% of the total cost once your event plan is confirmed.
Payment:
We accept Paypal payment and wire transfer to our account.
Cancellation Policy:
You are required to complete your event once confirmed. However, if, for any reason, you have to cancel your event, Cancellation fee will be charged accordingly. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
1. No less than 30 days before your event begins: 20% of the prepaid amount.
2. Within 30 to 21 days before your event begins: 30% of the prepaid amount.
3. Within 20 to 7 days before your event begins: 40% of the prepaid amount.
4. Within 6 to 3 days before your event begins: 50% of the prepaid amount.
5. within 2 to 0 days before the event: 100% of the prepaid amount.
Generally speaking, your cancellation fee will be less or equal to the prepaid money.
Responsibility:
bimevent.com shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person and property in connection with climatic conditions, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our control.
bimevent.com shall not be liable for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the event participant as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
bimevent.com shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, venues or hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by bimevent.com.
bimevent.com is not responsible for the stolen and lost of valuable items of the event participant due to his/her negligence.
bimevent.com shall not be responsible for participants not having exercised normal and customary caution, and/or heeded the advice and instructions of our BIM staffs.
bimevent.com reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
